Delivery & Returns

Getting it to your door.

Every order is packed by hand from our UK unit and dispatched Monday to Friday. No customs paperwork, no waiting weeks for a parcel from overseas — just heritage groceries on your doorstep.

Where we deliver

We deliver across UK Mainland and the UK Highlands & Islands. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated by total basket weight at checkout.

  • UK Mainland — from £3.99 (up to 2kg) to £19.99 (over 25kg)
  • UK Highlands & Islands — from £6.99 (up to 2kg) to £34.99 (over 25kg)

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, usually within 1–3 working days. UK Mainland orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days from dispatch; Highlands & Islands within 3–5.

If something goes wrong

If something arrives damaged, opens in transit, or you receive the wrong item — write to us within 14 days at info@simplyhealthygrocers.co.uk and we'll send a replacement or refund, no quibbling. Food items cannot be returned for change of mind once opened, in line with UK consumer law for perishables.

A note on packing

Rice, millets and pulses travel in their own re-sealable bags inside a recycled cardboard outer. Oils ship in tins. We don't use plastic void-fill — only shredded paper and corn-starch peanuts.
